"Trip Making Tips"

Just A Few
Reminders From Us!
You don't have to bring everything.
It's just a DAY trip. The important ones to think about are in RED!
For Day Trips:
(It's easy to forget the simplest
things, so don't be disappointed later)
It's good to remember that
you'll be exercising so in the summer dress in "Cool & Loose" clothes and in
cooler weather DON'T forget to layer. It is BEST to be a little warm in
cooler weather because you can get quite chilly from perspiring, but you can
regulate your temperature by adding or loosing layers.
YOU WILL need freedom of
movement in your upper body, especially around your arms so think comfortable
loose fitting clothes.
